Revise a Project Explanation
Assume the reader has relevant general knowledge but none of your private project context. Define specialized terms on first use. Give each paragraph one job and use descriptive headings so readers can scan and return to evidence.
Apply the idea
Inspect every claim. Circle its supporting test, measurement, comparison, source, or feedback. Remove invented precision and qualify conclusions when methods or sample sizes are limited. Verify names, dates, numbers, and status labels.
Check your reasoning
Treat images and links as content. Captions should explain what evidence a screenshot contains. Alternative text should communicate purpose, and link text should describe the destination. Remove private data and test every published link.
Guided practice
Read once for context, once for evidence, and once for accessibility. Ask whether readers can identify what you made, why, what you contributed, how it was evaluated, and what remains limited.
