Begin with a sentence naming the project, audience, and result. Describe the starting situation and constraints that affected real choices. Select decisions that reveal reasoning rather than publishing every action chronologically.
Apply the idea
For each decision, name the problem, alternatives, choice, reason, and observed result. Replace claims such as fast or intuitive with measurements, tasks, comparisons, or feedback. When evidence is limited, use precise modest language.
Check your reasoning
State your role and credit collaborators, research, design, code, art, testing, and external resources. Label the work accurately as a concept, class assignment, personal experiment, prototype, client project, or release.

Outline context, role, two decisions, evidence, result, limitations, next step, and credits. Underline every important claim and identify what supports it before publishing.
